On December 20th, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Quantum Computing and Measurement (SAC/TC 578) held a pre - review meeting on "Research Topics and National Standard Project Proposal Suggestions for 2024". The meeting invited 14 experts from units such as the University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing Jiaotong University, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and QuantumCTek Co., Ltd. to form an expert group. The expert group conducted a pre - review of 2 standard pre - research topics and 3 national standard project proposal suggestions put forward by units including China Telecom Quantum Information Technology Group Co., Ltd., the 8th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, and China Mobile Cloud Computing Center.

The expert group listened to the reports from the proposing units of each project regarding the necessity, feasibility, purpose, significance, and main technical research content of the projects. Suggestions were put forward in aspects such as standardization objects, technological maturity, industrial development, patent identification, and standard system construction. This provided guidance and a basis for each unit to carry out subsequent national standard project approval and pre - research work.

Next, the secretariat of the Standardization Technical Committee will cooperate with each unit to conduct in - depth research. Based on the professional guidance of experts, it will improve the project research content and earnestly carry out the pre - research work for standard projects.
