Qian Heng
Qian Heng, male, from Jinan, Shandong, serves as a researcher. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1990 and has been engaged in standardization research for a long time. He is currently the dean of the Standard Institute of Emerging Technologies and Innovations of Shandong Academy of Sciences. He served successively as member of the Chinese Secretariat of the Technical Subcommittee (ISO/IEC JTC1/SC31) of the Automatic Data Collection Standardization of the Technical Committee of the Information Technology Standardization of the International Organization for Standardization, member of the National Technical Committee on Logistics Information Management of Standardization Administration of China, member of the National Technical Committee on Article Coding of Standardization Administration of China, and a member of the National Technical Committee (SAC/TC313) on Food Safety Management Technology of Standardization Administration of China, secretary general of the Food Traceability Technical Subcommittee (SAC/TC313/SC1) of the National Technical Committee on Food Safety Management Technology of Standardization Administration of China, convener of ISO/IEC JTC1/WG11, and ISO/IEC JTC1/ SC31 China representative. He has published more than 90 papers in journals such as "China Auto-ID", "Standard Science", "Information Technology & Standardization". He presided over the research of a major project in the field of advanced manufacturing technology of the National 863 Program, "R&D and Demonstration of Food Safety Traceability System Based on RFID Technology". He undertook multiple national standardization research projects and participated in the drafting and review of multiple international and national standards in the field of smart cities and artificial intelligence. He won the honorary title of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
