Dai Xiaohui, female, serves as deputy inspector. She is currently the vice chairman and executive deputy secretary-general of the China Communications Standards Association. She has been engaged in standardization research for a long time. She was elected as a member of the first National Technical Committee on Science and Technology Platform of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC486) in May 2009. In November 2017, she was elected as a Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the second National Technical Committee 485 on Communication of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC485) In January 2019, she was elected as the vice chairman of the first National Technical Committee 578 on Quantum Computing and Metrology of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC578).
